Residential project Arndtstraße 50 celebrates topping-out ceremony

WINEGG and general contractor BauCommerce GmbH celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the new construction project Arndtstraße 50 in Vienna's 12th district on 29 February 2024. The 78 modern condominiums and two studios are ideal for both investors and owner-occupiers and impress with their modern fittings, flexible floor plans and attractive open spaces. Thanks to its lively neighbourhood and perfect infrastructure, the hip district around Meidlinger Markt is particularly popular with entrepreneurs and young designers.

In his speech, he emphasised the importance and added value of the residential project for the district. Afterwards, BauCommerce and WINEGG expressed their gratitude to all employees for their outstanding performance. The token of gratitude was presented by Mr Kevin Soemmer, Head of Construction Management at WINEGG.
