The rental property

Net rent:

For the 1st and 2nd rental year 20% discount:

Thus net rent for the 1st and 2nd rental year:

+ operating costs á conto: EUR 200,-

+ 20% VAT: EUR 288,-

Total gross rent: EUR 1,728 (incl. operating costs and 20% VAT)

Electricity and gas are registered and billed separately by the tenant.

Deposit (calculated from the rent WITHOUT discount): EUR 6.300,- incl. VAT.

Commission (calculated from the rental price WITHOUT discount): 3 BMM = EUR 5,250 plus 20% VAT.

The tenant is responsible for paying the rental contract.
