In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-quality property portfolio (consisting of apartment blocks, condominiums and new-build properties in Vienna) and will be involved in all areas of operational asset management as part of the owner representation. Your profile:

You have a sound commercial, legal and/or technical education with a focus on property management or have completed a degree in commercial or technical property management or a comparable qualification. You also have several years of professional experience in asset, property or facility management. Business licences as a property trustee would be an advantage.
